The Grant Writing Intern will be responsible for researching grant sources and drafting granting proposals for Nuestro Huerto, a volunteer-run community farm in southern Worcester.
The duration of the internship is at least 6 months, and will require completing approximately 3-5 hours per week of work. In addition to the 3-5 hours per week, attendance is required at bi-monthly progress meetings in Worcester with Board Members and/or Grant Writer for about 1-2 hours. The community farm does not have an office, so work must be able to be performed remotely and independently. We welcome applications from all backgrounds, but previous grant experience, strong communication skills and an interest in grant writing are preferred.
